01. Inquiry & Payment
      ● Clients must fill out the form with finalized details before proceeding.
      ● A 50% downpayment is required to secure the commission slot.
      ● Remaining balance must be settled before delivery of the final work.
      ● Accepted payment method: GoTyme
      ● Any transfer fees will be shouldered by the client.
02. Turnaround Time (TAT)
      ● Light commissions (1–3 requests): At least 1 week.
      ● Large commissions (event sets, multiple pubmats, cupsleeve packages): At least 1 month.
Note: It is much preferred if you inquire early to allow enough time for proper planning and design.03. Cancellations & Refunds
      ● No cancellations or refunds once the commission has started.
      ● Downpayments are non‑refundable.
04. Commission Details
      ● The concept for the design must come from the client.
      ● It is appreciated if you can provide references, specific elements, texts, and images to guide the design process.
      ● Proof of permission is required for use of fan site photos or third‑party materials.
      ● For commissions intended for production (e.g., cupsleeves, photocards, banners, merchandise), the client must provide the template or exact dimensions from their supplier to avoid errors and unnecessary revisions.
Note: Filling out the form allows me to check if I can work on your request(s) and helps save time before we proceed. You may also view my portfolio to see samples of my work.05. Commission Usage
      ● Personal Use: Includes gifts, event freebies, fan projects, concert giveaways, and non‑profit promotional materials. These are charged at standard rates.
      ● Commercial Use: Includes merchandise, resale items, branding, advertisements, or any design intended for profit. Commercial commissions are selective and subject to approval.
      ● Commercial use will incur an additional 100% fee on top of the total commission rate.
      ● Fundraising Use: Since fundraising often sits between personal and commercial (non‑profit intent but financial transactions involved), a 50% fee on top of the total is applied.
06. Rush Commissions
      ● Rush commissions (to be completed within 3-5 days) are subject to my availability.
      ● Rush fee: 50% of the total commission rate.
07. Revisions
      ● Up to 3 minor revisions (e.g., color adjustments, font changes, small layout tweaks) are included after full payment, then ₱50 per additional revision.
      ● Major revisions (e.g., full redesign, resizing, significant layout or concept changes): Fee: 30% of the original commission rate.
      ● Revision fees must be settled before the updated work is delivered.
08. Delivery
      ● All final work will be sent via email in PNG or JPEG format only once full payment is received.
09. Rights & Credits
      ● Client receives usage rights for the agreed purpose.
      ● Artist retains copyright and may showcase the work in their portfolio.
      ● All pubmat designs will include a small credit line: “designed by @bythenook”.
      ● Proper credit to the designer is required when posting or sharing.
10. Posting Policy
      ● All commissions will be posted on my X account (@bythenook).
      ● Posting will occur after the client has published the work, unless the client explicitly allows me to post ahead of time.
11. Confidentiality
      ● Both parties agree to keep personal information confidential.
12. Decline Clause
      ● I reserve the right to decline any inquiry that I am not comfortable with or cannot accommodate.
13. File Retention
      ● Project files will be backed up for 30 days after completion. After this period, files will be deleted.
14. Agreement
      ● By confirming a commission, the client agrees to all terms stated above.
